Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
